Yesterday was such a great day. It was 07-07-07. A friend and I decided to help celebrate such an interesting date by having two geocaching events. She held hers at 7am and I held mine at 7pm. It was about an hour drive from her event to my event. We hid lots of caches in between. This way, people could go to her 7am event and then cache all the way down to my 7pm event. The idea and the events were a hit! We had 50+ people at the 7am event and 40+ people who made the trek to the 7pm event. It was just awesome to have everyone all together twice in one day! We even had some people who came from Virginia. That is their license plate picture. Everyone got lots of caches that day - some people as many as 60! The fellowship at the events is just tremendous. It's always great to see caching friends and meet new ones. Here are a couple more pics. I look a bit frazzled LOL! It had been a long, but fun day!
