Zoom, zoom, zoom!

The big news in our house is that Alyssa finally got her car. She is so thrilled, and I'm happy for her. It is a stick shift so she is learning how to drive using a clutch. She is doing really great driving, but sometimes gets a little "jerky" in first gear. I know she will enjoy so much more freedom with it, and we both have enjoyed not having to share my car! One of her friends has been going out practicing with her. It won't be long before it is secondhand to her. The guy that we got it from is going to help us spiff it up a bit with new tires and new rims, new bumper, and maybe a new stereo. Very exciting!!
